I'd suggest changing Ultimate Backup key to CapsLock or another key that doesn't conflict with the default LSPDFR keys as both backup menus have their own benefits. You can edit the key in the .ini file.

Plugins and mod list please. I think this has to do with custom department XMLs but I'm not sure.

Not sure what you're talking about? My ELS lighting is as bright as can be and every visual mod works perfectly fine with GTAV including ones I've taken out of this list i.e. VisualV & RadianceV. If visual mods don't work for you then you're installing them incorrectly.

You need to either undo the changes you've made because you've installed it incorrectly or start from fresh with a new install of the EUP mod + others. Unfortunate but we've all been there.

Most should be working fine as far as I can tell. Faya Callouts I haven't tested and that hasn't been updated since last year so there could be issues (but do not know for sure). United Callouts I've had crash my game recently on a few callouts and I believe that needs an update, i've since taken that out of my build. The other callout packs I have tested and are 100% working from what I can tell. Every time you crash please try and either save the Ragehook logs and/or post them here so someone can take a look at them and provide you with more help. The logs will help provide more accurate information on whats going on at the times of the crash.

From what I understand people are playing on 1k$USD PCs. Check out the computer forum section for more information about it. As for getting started I suggest you use my guide here and use everything up where it mentions the game will become unstable. Hope this helps.

Sounds like youve installed LSPDFR incorrectly and/or your plugins.

You must have installed something incorrectly then with your mods

If Ultimate Backup isn't working by itself along with LSPDFR then you've installed something incorrectly (As it should be working 100% fine). I suggest starting again from scratch with your plugins and mods, taking time to load up the game and forceduty every time you add a new mod/plugin and making sure the game doesn't crash. Start with LSPDFR + Ultimate Backup only and go from there.

Do you have the RAGENativeUI.dll in your main directory?

Looks like you've installed it incorrectly. Try naming your mods folder to _mods and see if the game opens up fine.

Try remove "Callout Manager" and see how long you can play for.

Not entirely sure what you mean but you should be able to achieve this with the EUP mod, get the EUP menu and Create a character there. I think this is the same character creator system than LSPDFR has by default though. Hope this helps.
