There's a default game function that allows you to do this (not with an AR, but your pistol) but i've forgotten how to do it for a while now. Basically you hold and press something while getting out of your car and you instantly hold your gun up and aim it forwards without like you said having to access the weapon wheel.

Remove anything and everything related to Albo. Also remove Better EMS. (All outdated and now there's superior mods) Use Beljojos plugins to replace everything there, also has more features than what you're trying to use.

Looks more like United Callouts known error with STP. I could be wrong though. The author of UC knows about this and it needs to be fixed on STP. Happens with GangAttack callout and a couple others from UnitedCallouts as well.

Look up Albo on YouTube for guides. He taught me everything about mod installation.

You have Albo plugins and the .dll. Remove anything to do with those mods and plugins. Those are very outdated and no longer supported.

Does the game work if you name your mods file to _mods?

Next testing phase is ambient events to make patrols a lot more interesting. Also going to look into creating a very fast paced "Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit" build made around pursuits in progress and speed trapping that results car chases. I know a lot of people enjoy that stuff more than roleplay type gameplay as I do also. (I'm a GTAO world record holder on a few races so that is my thing). This build is almost done though unless people can suggest more stuff or I find reasonable additions.

Try without it installed because it looks like something is making your Ragehook do really funky shit and that's the only thing I'm unfamiliar with in your build.

Is this from fiveM? Unlikely if so. Search in downloads only for keywords like "speed" and/or "radar". You may find one similar that you like!

Have you customized your tow trucks at all?

Is that all your plugins? Cause I see "license plate randomizer" in there. (But I'm not sure if that's a default thing) Charlie will hopefully be able to help soon!

More than likely the cars. Are any of them 4K resolution OR do you have any 4K mods running? Look at one of the pinned threads about car file size limits and 4K textures making stuff janky ingame

Ragehook log won't help us help you open the game in vanilla. Verifying your game files will however.

What ever you did was unfortunately the wrong way. Try deleting the mods folder and starting again, taking your time to follow all instructions.

Did ya get the new ScriptHookV also? Also just to make sure you're only running LSPDFR plugin?
