Devin Plays got a reaction from Cali21 for a file, Devin Plays XScanner audio files
A long time ago I discovered the awesome XScanner plugin and figured out how to include my own clips for fun. So, what I've done is gone through literal hours of police radio recordings, including some recorded myself of my hometown's police department, as well as samples from this awesome YouTube channel and a few other sources to bring you 162 new audio clips (with more coming) for your immersive pleasure. I tried to avoid any clips that would usually necessitate a response from any available officers, such as officers calling out being under fire or officers down. because I felt not being able to actually respond to those would be a little immersion breaking. What we have here are a collection of clips from mundane radio traffic as well as foot and vehicle pursuits. In total, you will have a brand new ambient dispatch environment operating in the background

XScanner is required for these clips to function. I linked to it above and in the readme. Its a simple install and well worth the .5 seconds it'll take you to install it.

Here is a video showcasing some selected sound samples

I do intend to add more clips as time/desire permits

This is my biggest LSPDFR project I have ever worked on and I am proud to release this to the community. I want to thank those that were a HUGE HELP with this project and by HUGE I mean really BIG. I want to Thank @Reddington [RED]  and Baby Yoda (Bejoljo Discord) for assisting me with being a second set of eyes as I missed code and had a few errors here and there. They also motivated me to continue  when I almost gave up on this project. So Thank You both!

I also want to Thank my Beta Tester @walmartdude00 for helping me test this. Without the help of these awesome individuals I would not have finsihed this project.

I also want to Thank @BejoIjo for his assistance in answering a few questions about the coding of the file and I want to thank @Sereous313 for his input as well. Also credit to Sereous313 for his Ultimate Questions and Answers files for Stop The Ped. His Q&A motivated me to create this pack.

I will say this project took me over three straight weeks to fix and rewrite code. I started this project a while ago and it got put on the back burner as I was still learning code and working on other projects for LSPDFR.

So this pack contains more realistic dialogue between law enforcement and civilians in Los Santos. Plenty of F bombs included from both parties. 🙂Also many different options and also I created a section just for mental health issues as some callout packs now feature mental health callouts. Which goes hand in hand with my San Andreas CompuLite Charges and Citations.
Another piece of code (That I rewrote) is Miranda Rights. You can now read arrestee's Miranda Rights.

Devin Plays got a reaction from GTAKING23000 for a file, Devin Plays's Dashcam V positions
Thanks for checking out my dash cam presets. I decided it would be fun and immersive for my YouTube video's to reposition the dash cam positions from Dashcam V so that they were displaying from where the camera model is mounted in vehicles that have them.  The viewpoint is positioned directly in front of the mounted camera and moved forward just far enough to get it outside the glass to avoid odd texture effects.

This is not a comprehensive list, it is only vehicles I have used in my videos. I will continue to expand this. I also included my default positions for cars that don't have cameras modeled.  This download will include the X, Y and Z positions for the vehicles supported, as well as a list of supported vehicles and links to those vehicles.

If there are vehicles/packs you'd like done, and you don't wanna follow the easy tutorial below, lemme know and I'll probably make it happen for you!

Here is a link to a video with a correctly positioned dashcam in action.

Devin Plays got a reaction from Officerswebanks for a file, Ohio based ComputeLite charges and citations
Hey everyone! Not a big deal here, but, I took some time to modify the charges.xml for ComputerLite to bring them into line with the Ohio Revised Code. This charges are as realistic as I could possibly get them. They are originated into groups and then listed in order of misdemeanor or felony level and then alphabetically. I also included a non-usable section to show which schedule narcotics fall under and the bulk weight for drugs for purposes of charging. I pulled the idea from the Lore-Friendly Charges and Citations for CompuLite by Westcoaster.  You should also check out NewCustomQuestions, also by Westcoaster, and myself, which will allow you some deeper interaction with suspects.  Lore-Friendly Search Items will help with drug and weapons charges.

I have modified by Stop The Ped search items to include weights and amounts, and I included my files, but review them before you replace yours in case you don't want to use them. I also highly recommend you keep a copy of your current charges.sml in case you don't enjoy this level of spergery.

Anyways, plop this in your GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR/Computerlite file and overwrite if promoted (make a backup). If you wanna use the pat down and vehicle items, they go in your Stop The Ped folder in the same location.
For the Impersonating an officer charge, use CompuLite or the default LSPDFR computer/radio to check LEO status.

    Hope you enjoy!
