This is my Los Santos Fire Department Pack for Medics E-One Release. I plan to add more to it in the future but as it stands it includes 3k textures for all the vehicles, as well as special decals for divisions the "Davis Black Sheep" is based off of a North Las Vegas station, and covers an engine, squad and battalion, the "Special Operations" is based off of Annapolis Maryland and covers a Squad and Tower ladder. Hello guys. This is a small I guess you could call pack. This had 4 vehicles in it. 2 Explorers and 2 Crown Vic's. Each car has a version of marked or unmarked. The unmarked version is a slick top but you can choose between the livery or custom color. Please don't hate on this because I just chose the livery because I did not know what else to use. How to install:
1.Open "OpenIV"
2.Click Edit mode and follow this path; mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>
3.Drop "lapdtahoe" into dlc packs
4.Go to mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>dlclist.xml and paste         <Item>dlcpacks:/lapdtahoe/</Item>
5.Lastly open you ELS folder and drop "lapdtahoe.xml" 
 
To make it a replace file just simply rename the "lapdtahoe" in caravations and the vehicle.meta to whatever name you want to change it to, example being (policet)

Hello, I made this explorer from the rookie because it was not made yet.
i hope you enjoy it

February 2026: Michael21107 has kindly volunteered to update this plugin and keep it working for people, as I am currently not active in the LSPDFR modding scene. He's hardly a coder, so please feel free to contribute to the project by opening pull requests and issues on the GitHub repository. Bug reports and suggestions may also be sent via comments here, but must NOT be sent via reviews.

To the best of my knowledge, this plugin remains functional as is. Unfortunately, without a working game and no time to code anymore, I can no longer support my developed plugins. All my code is available on GitHub if people want to steal/update the plugins themselves. As expected with such a long development pause, this plugin wasn't tested on GTA V Enhanced, so please report any issues with that as well.
 
Common problems: 
1. It is not pulling the car over:
This mod does not start the pullover process. You need to pull the vehicle over with LSPDFR first.
2. Number pad not working:
Ensure Numlock is on, or the numpad will not work.
3. Pullover gets cancelled:
This is usually caused by a conflicting keybinding, for example, left shift. Check your keybinding settings.
4. Mimic Me causes the driver to crash when I stop the mimic feature
Yeah - that annoyed me too, but I never managed to find what in the code was causing it. Sorry. 
 
Even though many plugins have superseded Traffic Policer in various ways, Custom Pullover remains the only plugin that maintains this feature.
 
Custom Pullover allows just that. Once the suspect comes to a stop, you can then select from 3 options using your hot keys: 
Mimic me: The car movements will mimic the movements made by your vehicle
Follow me: Pull in front, and the suspect will follow you to a new location
Custom location: Use the number keys (or what you set in the INI file) to choose a point in front for the suspect to move to
 

While I did this just for myself, to make my LSPDFR experience a little better, some friends have asked for a copy. So, with Albo1125's blessing, I release this here for anyone not using Traffic Policer and missing this feature to use as well. 
 
The code is also released on GitHub as the original code open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (and all I did was pull it together, re-package, and test).

United States Park Rangers have came inot San Andreas. These cars are one of a kind. I bet you never Seen Amber lights beacons on any of LEO cars. They turn off on stage 3 of the lighting but if you press k they can turn back on. Feel free to mess with the ELS configuration yourself.
