    Pictures are coming soon, a little bit about New Philadelphia, Ohio. Population was 17,000 as of 2010 (around 21k now). It is the county seat of Tuscarawas county. Very nice place for shopping, I now in my area a lot of people drive to New Philadelphia for shopping.

    This isn't 100% percent accurate, could not get exact font. In-game pics will come once new scripthookv is out.     I was using the amazing explorer by @Fox Williams and thought "hey I need a uniform", so I searched and couldn't find one so I made one. Santa Monica has some nice cars and uniforms so yea... Enjoy! RECOMMENDED: NEEDED: INSTALLATION: Follow the read me, and everything is drag and drop so.....
