    I recently installed this pack to be used alongside one of your LSPD packs. The rotating lightbar on the Crown Vic wouldn't work so I put the carcols file in the mpluxe2 folder in openiv. Now when I use POLICE or POLICET the ELS does not work properly. On POLICE, some of the red lights don't light up properly, and on POLICET, the lights don't work at all. Is there something I can do to fix this? I have included 2 screenshots. That is the car in stage 1.

    For some reason, when I press F11 the menu doesn't show up. I made sure that the key to opening it is right too. What do I do? I also have the latest version of all the required files.
