    The instructions are not clear. There is no eup folder designation in the download. There is only the files. Is it male apt 01, male xmas, mplts, etc...

    Yes you add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the meta where all the other flag tags are. <flags>FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_NO_RESPRAY FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON</flags> That's an example don't use that but you have to find the meta you want to add it to.
