  1. GTA 5 is working, vanilla LSPDFR with default cars and callouts are working. the game crashes only when the ASI Loader plugin of OpenIV is activated, so it is something about whatever that loads. Renaming my mods folder to mods2 didn't work. I renamed it back to mods. I reran the RPH with the ASI Loader activated so we got a clean slate and these are the logs RagePluginHook.log OpenIV.log ELS.log AdvancedHookV.log ScriptHookV.log asiloader.log
  2. GTA V / LSPDFR has been crashing upon loading only when the ASI loader is active. It launches perfectly fine does the RAGE loading screen which completes successfully I think: Velocity limit removed Patching code Waiting for game initalization Initalizing core Completing interoperability Loading Story Mode Loading and Populating Game World Loaded plugin "LSPD First Reponse" It then goes to a black screen with "Loading LSPDFR" and a white spinning circle in the bottom right corner and it then crashes after about 5 seconds. I have narrowed it down to this only happening when the ASI Loader plugin in OpenIV is active, so vanilla LSPDFR and the callouts etc work fine by themselves. That's why I put this thread in GTA V support instead of LSPDFR support. I am running the latest Steam version of GTA V and the latest version of LSPDFR with RPH 65. When I search in my GTA V folder for .asi files, the only three files I have are "OpenIV.asi" "TrainerV.asi" and "ELS.asi". I only have one custom car pack installed "Los Santos Police Department Mini-Pack [ELS] 1.1.0" by Jedahdiah. The troubleshooting steps I've done is I've tried to check and ensure that all my mods and everything are up to date, and I went in OpenIV and reinstalled the car pack replacing the current files from it already installed hoping it was just a corrupted file but no luck. I have attached my RPH Log from my GTA V folder. Thanks in advance for any help anybody can provide. Just trying to see if I can fix it without having to reinstall everything. RagePluginHook.log
  3. Hey guys, I installed EUP doing all of the steps, and my game is now crashing upon starting GTA 5, before the game even finishes loading. It wasn't doing this before I installed EUP. I've included my log as a spoiler, any ideas?
  4. Personally, I like the new layout, i find it easier to navigate
  5. I am running a HP Pavillion 16 laptop with Windows 8.1. The laptop by default comes with 4GB of RAM, but i installed a second 4 GB stick so i have 8 GB. Here are my specs: I have LCPDFR mod installed on my GTA IV. Here are my system specs: Windows 8.1 64-bit AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics System memory: 8GB Kingston 1600MHz Graphics device: AMD Radeon HD 7640G I have over 200 GB free on my hard drive Game randomly crashes, seems to be mostly when i aim the target of my gun, but sometimes is totally random. Is my computer capable of running LCPDFR?
  6. I reinstalled GTAIV and for some reason it worked. I had already tried reinstalling before, but this time was apparently the magic touch. Got LCPDFR working and installed ELS and some cars and i'm good to go! Thanks to everybody for trying to help me figure it out!
  7. Anybody? Help?! Decided to try to fix 1.0 Can you suggest any more possible solutions? I would be very grateful!
  8. Didn't work. Still nothing happens when i hit Alt+P. Anybody else have any suggestions?
  9. I decided to just downgrade to version 0.95 until a fix is put in the next version or something. I installed 0.95 and IT WORKS! I'm about to burst with happiness! 10 Million HURRAY'S!
  10. I passed first mission and tried again. No luck. Is there a way to load the mod as you start GTA IV? Any other suggestions?
  11. How am I supposed to save without a internet connection? Don't i have to use Games for Windows Live? Xlive.dll disables GFWL i think. I already have all of those links installed.
  12. I deleted DSound and kept XLIVE since it disables Windows Games Live, and since i never have a internet connection when i play, and thus will never use it. I then launched GTA IV and hit ALT+P, nothing happened. I also tried P and CTRL+P, nothing happened. I have made zero progress in the campaign and launch to the scene where I just got off the boat and am supposed to drive to Roman's apartment. The fact that I have made zero progress in the campaign affect whether LCPDFR should start? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  13. Hello, I am a newcomer to LCPDFR and GTA IV. I just got a computer capable of running GTA well and installed GTA IV via Steam on Saturday. Nothing happens when I try to use ALT+P to start LCPDFR. I am running a Steam version of GTA IV on Windows 8. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the automatic installer, and I just tried doing the manual install and applying the hotfix and no luck so far. I play without a internet connection, if that could be relevant, but I have Steam in Offline Mode and I don't launch through Steam, I launch through running LaunchGTA.exe as an administrator. I would attach my log files but I don't see any in my GTA IV directory. I will a screenshot of my GTA IV directory. There is too many files to fit in one screenshot. It takes a little more than one, so I attached two so you can see all the files. I would greatly appreciate any help!
