    Hmmm...Im not sure about filename. You can just search for pack names.

    There is a search function in OpenIV for that. However, as long as the handling for the vehicles is relatively the same (unless you plan on editing some metas a bit), you can rename a downloaded car to policeold1 and place it in the designated replace path for replace vehicles.
