How to search for specific vehicles?

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm not sure if there is a way, but is it possible to search for the filename of a vehicle? For example, can I search for example for ELS policeold1 and policeold2? And if not, is it a huge issue if I just rename another file I download to policeold1?

There is a search function in OpenIV for that. However, as long as the handling for the vehicles is relatively the same (unless you plan on editing some metas a bit), you can rename a downloaded car to policeold1 and place it in the designated replace path for replace vehicles.

Sorry, I meant on the website. Since I'm new to modding, I just type it in the search bar and didn't find a lot of posts. Maybe I can do your second option and just find a similar car and rename it? Would I also just change the els filename and it should work?
