So I'm starting a new roleplay group called Spring City roleplay, and I was wondering if there was any mod that could allow you to jail players, not AI's. Has there been a mod ever before? And if there isn't a mod, how can you jail a player in multiplayer? Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Thanks for your help.

I mean to have multiple buttons as sirens, one for Wail, one for yelp, etc. Is this possible?

So I want to switch between sirens rapidly, like, wail for a second, and then the yelp, but rapidly press the buttons so they switch. Cops do this in real life. I was wondering if this is possible for GTA IV? I googled everything, and I can't find anything. Thanks for your help.
