Is there a mod like this? Help Please

So I'm starting a new roleplay group called Spring City roleplay, and I was wondering if there was any mod that could allow you to jail players, not AI's. Has there been a mod ever before? And if there isn't a mod, how can you jail a player in multiplayer? Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I searched a bit but sadly couldnt find anything. Only suggestion i can say is banning for certain amount of time and maybe calling it prison time.
