    O meu tava com o mesmo Problema eu peguei o arquivo que fica dentro da pasta script "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" e joguei ele sem pasta direto no diretório ou seja: pegue o arquivo "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" da pasta script e jogue na pasta Grand Theft Auto IV e apague a pasta script para não ter conflito ... espero ter ajudado no meu funcionamento normal ...
