Way more enhancements done, this version includes new units with Soundoff lighting, bug fixes, and most importantly, hybrid lighting, allowing much more accurate setups and accurate cruise lights for TPD cars.

My lights are dim-
You need to install a light enhancing mod
 
Make it replace instead of DLC-
No. These vehicles require special metas the average person won't know how to add. This is the easiest way.
Change something for my personal taste-
No. These vehicles are designed to be as realistic as possible and with my taste. If you don't like it, make something yourself.

XYZ is wrong-
I've done countless days of research on these vehicles, and unless you have direct access to these vehicles, I probably know better. If anything is wrong, it is due to a lack of information or GTA limitations, such as parts or ELS limitations.

Hey guys this pack has been in development in for a while, its not perfect but at this point I'm just trying to get it out, if you notice anything wrong with it let me know. Credits for all the parts and vehicles are in the credits, if I missed anybody please let me know so I can fix them. All vehicles have a marked, slicktop/ghost, and K9 version. These vehicles also come with realistic spotlights, more info in the Instructions. 
 
 
Instructions
Installation: 
- in order to install the pack you must first navigate to your dlc packs folder.
- after you find you dlc packs folder, place the folder "BCSO" in the dlc packs folder
- next navigate to the dlc list, once you find it you must "edit" it, place "<Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO/</Item>" in between paths and the first item entry
- you will need to delete you sheriff and sheriff2 entries in your vehilce meta and carvarations, if you do not delete the sheriff 
and sheriff2 entries in the vehilce meta you will not be able to use the spotlight. 
- Place the vcf's in your pack default

Realistic Spotlight: 
- In order to use the workable spotlight you will need to install the spotlight mod by alex:

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

NEWLY ADDED FIVEM READY VERSION!:
360 lighting All lights move with doors reflective liveries working spotlights(Static) somewhat accurate lighting pattern-not perfect  
Cool features:
Push-bar lights steady burn when out of the vehicle(Like in real life) Gumball light steady BPM flash when out of vehicle(Like in real life) Gumball 5 quick flashes- 5 slow flashes(Like in real life) All lights move with doors(Besides the rear passenger doors) The model "Sheriff" or the 2018 Charger has the 100th anniversary skin (This will become its own model soon so I can make the Blue Logo's reflective) you may notice there are no partitions- MSP DO NOT USE PARTITIONS IN THEIR VEHICLES. Blue color is about as accurate as I can make it For the first person players- You can see the stop stick on the hood through the windshield glass. For the first person players- MOST of the dials should work, but its not very important to me that they do. Reflective Liveries  
I understand not everyone is a fan of the "Gumball" light, However, please keep the comments to yourself, We've all heard it 400 fucking times
 
Things that are not accurate:
The majority of the interior, I could not find many reference pictures. Antennas- They vary depending on the car, So I went generic, So please leave the "Should've used this on it" Out of the comments. Boot equipment in the SUV's, again, no reference pictures Probably some font and scaling inaccuracies  This has been fixed--- In the screenshots you will see the 2014 charger has no hood sign, I noticed this after I took the picture, it has since been added This has been fixed---In the screenshots you can see a significantly brighter blue than accurate, I have since darkened the color as you can see on the Tahoe, Taurus screenshots

I highly recommend using the Meta in this download as well, I have the custom handling lines, and meta files to make sure they don't flip on you, and the speed is somewhat accurate.

NYSP is no surprise as many have downloaded other packs before. This pack offers 5 vehicles that NYSP fleet mainly use in this timeframe including CITE vehicles and slicktops. Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "nystatepack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/nystatepack/</Item> then click save
6. Drag ALL the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
7. Download this file to receive the realistic environmental lighting.

Tips:
Use simple trainer to spawn in the vehicles.
Use simple trainer to change the livery of the Charger and Taurus
If you want this pack to be a replacement, rename to desired car slot and replace and copy each .meta (vehicles, handling, carvariations, and carcols) in the replacement metas 
Cars already have tints on them, no need to add tint in trainer.
Download Custom Environmental lighting!!
Use the VCF's I provided. They provide the best realistic lighting NYSP use. 
Each car has it own reflective livery, pretty cool right?

If you're updating to a new version of this pack, all you need to do is replace the dlc.rpf and VCFs (If you installed manually)
If you're installing this pack for the first time, you must follow the steps below.
 
 
-----Manual Installation-----
1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
 
2. Enable Edit Mode
 
3. Drag and drop the "blueghostpack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
 
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.
 
Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 
I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!
I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 
Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

INFORMATION
   
The pack contains 8 CVPIs at the moment, that are divided into 3 patrol units, 2 traffic units and 3 gang units. There are variations such as the luggage compartment equipment and the console itself. It also contains realistic liveries, parking lights and a great focus on details.
 
The pack is tested on different PCs, which means there should not be any issue while using it as an ADDON.

INSTALLATION
·Addon Installation.
    1) Drag and drope 'cvpilapd' on gamefolder/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
    2) Type '<Item>dlcpacks:\cvpilapd\</Item>' on gamefolder/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml/
    3) Drag and drope the xml files on gamefolder/ELS/pack_default.

·Replace Installation.
    1)Extract the vehicles files from the dlc
    2)Rename it to whatever slot you want
    3)Rename the xmls and drag and drope them on gamefolder/ELS/pack_default.
    -OPTIONAL-
    4)For a realistic expirience:
        4.1) Replace the vehicle.meta slot you are going to use with the one provided on the .rar, don't forget to rename it
        4.2) Replace the carvariation slot you are going to use with the one provided on the .rar, don't forget to rename it

In the download there is a slicktop charger as well as a slicktop tahoe. I have put my own 3 skins on each vehicle... their is a white sheriff skin, black sheriff skin as well as a los santos pd skin. all 4k textures.

This pack is my return to making practical, realistic marked units. It features the first ever Ford Police Responder Hybrid Sedan, as accurate as I could make it.
 
IT IS NOT A FUSION.
 
There are currently six vehicles in this pack, which is a stark contrast to what my previous projects have had. There will be one more update to include a few more modern HEVs. like the Toyota Prius, Ford F150 PowerBoost hybrid, and Ford Police Interceptor Utility hybrid.
I was pressed for time and money to acquire the others that I wanted, like the Ford Mustang Mach E and the Toyota RAV4 Prime, so those will not be included in the update.

Bugs:
One report of brake calipers swinging wide with wheel turning. I do not have this bug, nor did any of my testers. This is an isolated issue.

I present you the LSPD TASS (Traffic and Special Services) division! 
Tasked with handling low priority investigations and traffic offences, their goal is to keep themselves from being tied up on calls, in case large amounts of backup or immediate aide is needed across the city and surrounding jurisdiction. These officers are trained on many weapons platforms and are ready to handle major calls until slower services (state SWAT/ERT) can be mobilized. 
 
Couple disclaimers first:
Screenshots shown are throughout development, you'll have to download it to see everything in the completed state 😛 (anything with the ballistic shield in it is final though) 
This will not support custom liveries (unless you replace the reflective texture w/ a transparent texture)
I put a lot of time into this, and I hope you enjoy it! 
However, we are all human, I make mistakes. If you find one, just comment and I'll do my best to get an update rolled out. 
Some lighting might not be perfect, and I used regular emissives, so those with graphics mods might suffer during the day (I used white in the front lighting), however it looks amazing at night! 
 
If I'm missing anything please let me know! 
 
Extras: All lighting is ELS, this model includes side lighting and takedowns. Extra ten will equip a ballistic shield and m4 leaned against your tire, just for fun and for looks! 
Spotlight: The spotlight was set as plug and play by CEO, and functions using high-beams and rotates with 8 and 5 on your numpad. I may release an option to add function with the spotlight script by Alexguirre. 
 
Finally, if you like it please let me know! If I get 1k downloads by Thursday, I'll continue the TASS division and upload more vehicles!

Installation
Replaces the sheriff2 slot. This is a ELS/non-ELS hybrid vehicle which means it requires custom carcols/carvariations for the emergency lights to work properly. The custom vehicles.meta is absolutely required otherwise the lightbar and dials will be incorrect. Step by step instructions are included in the download.
