    make sure your antivirus off or make put it on your exceptions list then try to run the game and while the game is running go into task manger, go to detail and find gta.exe and right click on it then change priority and change the priority high

    From my experience playing it's either something within the mods folder that you added or plugin script, if you don't feel like digging just redo your mods folder from scratch or your plugin folder. Normally ill find the source for me it either my vehicle meta file when I was changing sounds of cars and either misspelled something or added it in wrong spot or a car that I add and that specific car causes the game to crash, another thing could be when the game updates for me, for some reason my mods folder becomes corrupt causing the game to crash. So what I'm mainly saying is check your mods or plugin folder for the last thing you added when the game started to crash or just redo them both.
