    Also it seems to only be happing in the RAGE game and not normal GTA V

    I did edit settings.xml in Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V to fix draw distance. I did also edit this "<PedLodBias value="1.200000" /> <VehicleLodBias value="1.000000" />" but apart from that no. Take a look if you want. settings.xml
