the manual install didnt make a difference. still crashed everyone.

you cant shoot out the window because using ELS resets the car every flash. that means no broken windows. its also why the doors act like they do.

i think he is saying actually teleporting. i think i saw a teleport and a teleport to save option in the Trainer menus.

you can always uninstall then reinstall while sniper fixes the issue. thats what i did.

ah overheating ok. i think i can solve that a little with this fan that can go underneath it. its a toshiba satellite p755. yep i'm stuck with this card lol. thanks for the answers guys!

isnt f2 for saving clips and f3 for something else? i though the numbers was for switching weapons? like 1,2,3,4

Aight so i tried to google this and it seems like everything i found was from 2010 and nothing dealt with the current patch. I also tried to search here and it came back with no topics. So, is there a commandline tweak to make lag spikes or dropping frames, which ever may be the case, go away? I believe i have enough computer power to run this game smoothly since i can run games like train simulator just fine. Diagnostics Tool Version: 0.4.3 Operating system: Windows7 HomePremium (6.1.1.0 Build: 7601) Service Pack:Service Pack 1 System RAM (GB): 5.91 CPU cores: 4 Intel® HD Graphics 3000 Graphics Memory: 1.6 GB thanks for any help! edit: aight so it seems like turning off vsync cut down on the lag spikes. dont know what that is but it helped. so it happens less often now. just had a chase involving 8 other units and no lag happened. any other tweaks to cut down on it?

ok, i changed it to 100.0 and it lets me resource 1.9 GB now. the game loads and runs much much much better. now all i need to figure out is how to get the Chargers i see everyone using in they vids with the GSP skin and some people to play with. thank you so much scottn

when i changed it to 1.1 it went to 65 MB. smh @ my vcard not wanting to cooperate. i ramped it up to 10.0 and it let me resource 559 MB. i'm going ramp it up more until it gives me at least 1 GB. after this is done, i'll be on my way to getting current charger models with GSP skin. i cant wait.
