Download the latest version of EUP 2. Make sure you have OpenIV downloaded and open it 3. Go to E:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds.rpf\ 4. Follow the path in the folder called textures 5. In that folder there are folder within the eup_componentped.rpf, drag and drop the YTD in each folder into the same folder in OpenIV 6. Go To E:\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64\eup_componentpeds_p.rpf\ 7.
