Inspired by the Triborough Bridge Transport Authority (TBTA) in NY, I wanted to create a similar agency for Los Santos; so the Elysian Island Bridges & Tunnels Authority covers 6 bridges through the Island and Metro-LS. Taking inspiration from the Chesapeake Bay Police & Georgia Ports authority, I've created these graphics.

Confusing name, but just an Air & Light unit for MDFR, nothing to do with aviation. another Freigtliner/Rosenabauer, just a light rescue, is all.
