are you sure? because it says you don't have it. is it in your GTA 4 ROOT folder? but either way it won't work anyways if you don't run patch 1.0.7.0

not that i know.. but it's not that important to link your account. it only records your statistics like arrests,pursuits and so on. Since you're not very active in the forums i don't thing you'll need that xD
