This was happening to me last week, what fixed it was reinstalling scripthookV! Give that a try and hopefully it works for you too.

I've been getting this issue also, any time i order a suspect from a vehicle on a TC, LSPDFR crashes. I'll be watching this thread closely and hopefully a solution is found. For reference, I am not using any custom peds.

I have tried to do the same. I have set RPH to use v1493.0 but every time I try to launch it says scripthookV is out of date. I'm guessing it's not actually using the reverted version even though I have a v1493.0 backup. Not sure how to check..

Likewise. My ELS is broken, along with quite a few other mods even after reverting to backup. Weird.
