Hi, why i cannot change the speed? i tried re installing and changing the key but nothing. same for me

only 1/7 finished cuz my power supply died, i just got a new one and i don't have much time. I think i will hide it while im working on it.

i'm really new to gta coding, i was coding with C# before, but this gta thing is verry new to me, i only know how to make callouts, api(barely). If you want to support me u can send me a link that can help me code theese things, cuz i cant find one that can help. I was plannig new things, like Active shooter(it's gonna be hard cuz i have to somehow figure out to open up a building that normally closed), drugs found(you have to search for the dealer), hacker attack, track down pervert, etc. khm, my FIRST callout mod.......... i'm working on new things..........
