1. Move: PyroCommon and RageNativeUI from Plugins to the Main Directory.
2. Move: ClearTheWayV from Plugins/LSPDFR to Plugins.
3. Move: Microsoft.Expression.Drawing from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
4. Update: County Callouts, Definitive Callouts, Man Down Callouts, Opticom, University Callouts, and Variety Callouts.
Please inform me if you have any other issues.

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those don't work, remove what was added recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try launching normal GTA V first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.

The error itself was caused by something using RAGENativeUI. I suggest removing BetterHitReactions as it appears to also have caused a crash at the beginning of the log and was the last thing active prior to the second crash. Then see if it crashes again.

Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
Then test again and see if it crashes.
