Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try the above steps again for launching.

You are missing CalloutInterfaceAPI. You most likely installed it to Plugins/LSPDFR. Move it from there to the Main Directory where it belongs.

You are missing the SpecialUnits.xml from Ultimate Backup. Re-download Ultimate Backup and move that files from the download into \Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup.

Issue with Cheep Callouts. Its very old and has been known to cause problems.

There is no need to. Try installing this version of ScriptHookV.NET. If you are still getting the same exact crash after doing that you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Replace vehicles should be installed here:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2024_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

Rename mods to _mods and see if the crashes persist.

Please keep in mind most people give support as a hobby. They will be with you as quickly as possible and it may not always be immediate.

That being said, there was an issue with the Khorio.Common. Attempt to re-install XScanner.

Remove PlateCheckerRemastered. It is known to be broken. Then try again.

This is normal for base LSPDFR. It only comes with a few agencies as of the 0.4 update. If you want more agencies, I recommend installing the full EUP Suite.

EUP Backup Configurations for Ultimate Backup

Try installing this version of ScriptHookV.NET.

If that does not work, send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

There was an issue with PyroCommon. Re-install Super Callouts.

The following are your options for if the mods folder is the issue:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If that does not work, remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Couple of things:
1. Use the manual installed of LSPDFR. Not the auto-installer. You simply download the manual version and drag and drop the files in the Main Directory.
2. As for the BattlEye issue, see below:

Couple of things:
1. Move: HUDController from Plugins/LSPDFR to just Plugins.
2. Update: 686 Callouts, DeadlyWeapons, Rich's Police Enchancements, SuperCallouts, and XPU.

Usually there is a button that tells your browser virus protection to allow it to bypass the security. Otherwise, you go into your anti-virus setting and change it.

You need to increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold. Access the RagePluginHook settings. Then, in the first tab, change the Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000.
