    To add on to Lenny, you have DamageTrackerLib and PyroCommon installed wrong. Please move those files to your Main Directory.

    If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:
    Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
    If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.

    From RagePluginHook Discord: 

    Go into the Rage Plugin Hook Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11 / Force DirectX10". Check it. (Make sure commandline.txt in your GTA V folder is empty.) Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it or rename mods to _mods.

    It appears your have ENB/Reshade installed. Make sure _mods is named back to mods. Then run the normal game first and once in-game, tab out and launch RPH.

    Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files.

    Re-install Lore Callouts.

    Also, send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It will NOT be in your Logs folder.

    3. Move: Albo1125.Common to the Main Directory. Move Spotlight to Plugins.
    4. Go into the lspdfr.ini and add or change the following to reflect below:

    Couple of things:
    1. Update: Hypers Callouts
    2. Remove: Duty Callouts
    3. You have a vehicle with an invalid model hash. Revert any changes made to the vehicles.meta or get the default from update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5.
    4. You have an error with one of the Ultimate Backup xmls (DefaultRegions, CustomRegions, SpecialUnits). Revert any changes made recently.

    1. Update: Special Callouts and Urban Callouts.
    2. Remove: Callout Manager, CalloutPack, City Callouts, Code Red Callouts, County Callouts, Crazy Callouts, HighWay Callouts, Road Incident Callouts, DeLuca's County Calls (including dlglobal), Traffic Callouts, Typical Callouts, Universal Callouts, Variety Callouts, WoutersCalloutsV.
    3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.
    4. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
     Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

    @cherryaerieThey don't technically need to install Callout Interface to run the callout packs. They just had the API which some packs use to integrate with Callout Interface installed to the wrong section. Additionally, County Calls should be removed as I am pretty sure that is the DeLuca one.
