1. Ensure NativeUI is installed to the Scripts folder.
2. Screenshot the Main Directory.

I actually just covered this with someone else. Best ones to set to increase FPS are below:
Networking.DisableDiscordRichPresence = true
PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true
Frisking.DisableCovid19Items = true
Callouts.DisableBigRadar = true
AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true
Main.PreloadAllModels = false
WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Re-install Super Callouts. That is what was causing the crash.

Couple of things:
1. You are loading LSPDFR more than once. Since it is being loaded on startup, there is no need to load it once in-game.
2. You are having an issue with a Rage.Object. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart your mods folder.

Rename mods to _mods and try again. If that works, rename _mods back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

3. If you still cant find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.
 

Install the vcredist.x64 from here. And then 2010 from here and get the x64 and x86 ones. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR and, for safe measure, restart your PC and try again.

See below:
1.  MAJOR UPDATE: LSPDFR. You are running a version or two behind.
2. Update: Dynamic Callouts and Special Callouts. Keep in mind that Special Callouts is no longer being updated from this point.
3. Remove: FBI Callouts for an improved experience. BetterEMS should not be removed.
4. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

Couple of things:
1. Update: Assorted Callouts (there is a new version provided on GitHub).
2. Remove: PoliceLifeS for an improved experience.
3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
4. If you are still having issues after this, rename mods to _mods and test again.

1. Update: XScanner (Keep in mind, re-install XScanner should also fix the Khorio.Common issue if you follow the readme).
2. Remove: Crazy Pursuit for a better experience.
3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory.

Try using this version of SHV.NET.

Do you have ScriptHookV.NET installed? If so, use this version instead.

There are more than a couple of suggestions here:
1.   Update GTA V. To update GTA V, you should delete the GTA5.exe in the Main Directory. Then verify game files.
Verifying Game Files:

2. Update Manual LSPDFR. Download manual LSPDFR and drag and drop all files into your Main Directory.
3. Update: Callout Interface and HWY Callouts.
3. Remove: Regular Callouts and MoreRadioChatter for an improved experience.

Couple of things:
1. Update Megaphone UI
2. Go into your lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in your Main Directory and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try again.

Couple of things:
1. Go into the startup.rphs in the Main Directory and remove the contents of that file. Then save and exit the document.
2. If still crashing, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Start by removing Officer Status Plugin. If you are still having crashes, please send a new log. You can find it in the Main Directory and it's a txt file called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

The issue is the Liberty City Remake map. Best you can do is ensure you have the requirements to run the map. But beyond that, there isn't a whole lot we can do. Custom maps, or ymaps, are extremely finnicky when it comes to actually working.

Let's start by ensuring you have the configs installed.
Gameconfig
Heap Adjuster
Packfile Adjuster

If you already do, you can remove the stuff you added recently one by one and test after each removal.

If you still can't find the problem, you may have to restart the mods folder.

Appears that you are having a permissions issue. Right click your Main Directory folder and select Properties. In the window that opens, go to the Security Tab and select Advanced. Then give Full Control to the groups System, Administrator, and User. Then select the "Replace all child object perms" box. Hit OK.

Then proceed to add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again.

You have an issue with whatever XML you recently edited. 
The 'VehicleSet' start tag on line 456 position 5 does not match the end tag of 'LosSantosCounty'. Line 476, position 5.

This could either be the UltimateBackup CustomRegions/DefaultRegions or one of the base LSPDFR xmls. Please find the section mentioned above in the error message in the appropriate XML and edit it to be correct.

Not sure how that would help as they stated the issue came from SHV.NET itself.

Sooo...I was just informed the latest one is having some issues. However, you can try this version and see if that will helps.
