It was updated for the first update that happened a few days ago, but has not been updated for the lastest GTA V update that occurred about a day ago. Note to all users: 1. While ScriptHookV does need an update, it generally does not effect the mods folder. It affects scripts like ELS and trainers. Essentially, most things that use asi files. 2. The only file you should need to remove for now is ScriptHookV.dll. Doing so will disabled ScriptHookV and get you past the loading screen error you would receive.

You are talking about two different things here. RagePluginHook is the hook that is attempting to load the game. ScriptHookV is for loading scripts like ELS or trainers. In this case, if RPH is not loading, try launching GTA V first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. The log you have sent is not the correct one. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Re-installing GTA V most likely will not fix the issue. Do you happen to have at least Windows Defender on? Almost everyone does.

Couple of things: 1. You have BetterHitReactions installed to Plugins. It needs to be installed to Plugins/LSPDFR. 2. I would recommend removing ScenariOh. 3. Send a new log if still having further issues.
