This crash was caused by the mods folder most likely. Rename mods to _mods and try again. Send an updated log when you do. Additionally, remove Code Red Callouts. Its optimized for a very old version of LSPDFR. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Why do you have to redownload the vehicles? That would be the crash message that I am usually looking at.

Issue with RageNativeUI in relation to IPT.Common. Re-install RageNativeUI.

As per your crash, I noticed that MCCallouts had a fatal error before the UI issue for Prowler Radar. Re-install both MCCallouts and Prowler Radar. Test again.
