Unfortunately, basic LSPDFR will always be provided in English only. Some callout packs are offered in other languages if the Developer provides them, but a majority are all English only.

I believe there is one out there but I cant remember the name. I was able to find one on Google but it was deprecated. If you mean development wise, you can't. Unless you are the Developer themselves, there is no way to update older plugins unless they are open sourced. If you mean update them in your game, you just download the latest version and drag and drop the files.

Couple of things: 1. You need to move the StopThePed and Ultimate Backup files from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR. 2. You need to move the EUP Menu files from Plugins/LSPDFR to Plugins. 3. It appears that you may have edited one of the Grammar Police xmls incorrectly as you may have included a phrase that cannot be used.

@PC LeoSide note, they don't actually have Callout Manager installed. The process that registers the callouts in Plugins/LSPDFR into LSPDFR is also called Callout Manager. You can tell if they do if you check the plugins loaded in the log under the Plugins/LSPDFR section.

Please keep in mind most people give support as a hobby. They will be with you as quickly as possible and it may not always be immediate. That being said, there was an issue with the Khorio.Common. Attempt to re-install XScanner.
