If you have not got past the Prologue, you need to complete it in normal GTA V and save. Then you can use RPH/LSPDFR.

That is not the correct log. You want the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

As for the vehicle issue, try installing the vehicles here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2024_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Yeah that is still a mods folder issue. Follow the above steps I provided.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

That is just a troubleshooting issue and does not actually fix anything. Rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory. Then remove the contents and add -windowed and save and exit the document. Then launch normal GTA V. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.
