The was a problem with XScanner in relation to other plugins. Do me a favor and remove Urban Callouts and then load in. If it crashes, send the log again.

The current version of ScriptHookV is compatible with the latest version of GTA V. Just redownload and install ScriptHookV to update it. If it crashes with the mods folder and doesnt crash without the mods folder, then the issue is the mods folder.

You delete the folder. Make a new one. Re-add what you need to re-add.

You may have removed something that made the vehicles bad. If you cant figure out what, you might have to restart the mods folder.

That is because your mods folder is disabled. What happens if you name the folder back to mods?
