You can open the addon pack using OpenIV. Then locate the vehicle files and rename them to whichever base vehicle you wish to replace. Keep in mind, you might have to do some slight meta adjustments as well. It could always be a random thing with Riskier Traffic Stops. One time it might be fine but another time it might produce crashes.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods then do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that does not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal. 3. If you are still having the same issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
