Not sure what you mean by this...plugin devs enter and leave the modding scene quite a bit. Or are you referring to the Dev Team for LSPDFR itself?

You would have to change the addon file to something else to avoid conflict and then change any associated file entries.

Essentially yes. Just take one of the already existing lines and copy it to a new line and change the items where needed.

Launch GTA V normally and see if it crashes.

Only the default ones will show up. You will have to add any addon ones to the duty_selection.xml inside of lspdfr/data for base LSPDFR. If you use EUPFR UE, then it will be the duty_selection_eup.xml.

Is it just RPH crashing? Or normal GTA too?

This is the wrong log. This is a log from 7/2. You want the text file in the Main Directory called RagePluginHook.log or RagePluginHook. Anyways, does this issue happen when launching normal GTA V too?

The RPH on the RPH site is outdated. Get the manual version of LSPDFR from this site and install it.

Does this happen with only RPH or with RPH and GTA V? If just with RPH, move everything except the LSPDFR files and folder to the desktop and retry launching RPH. If both then rename mods to _mods and try launching just GTA V.
