Just RPH crashing normal gta works i tried running only RPH (without lspdfr) but still the same thing happens.

I already tried that when the setup method didn't work i tried the manual one next but same thing again and i Did NOT download rage plugin from their website so i don't know what's wrong.

No i installed it through setup it came with rage plugin hook i did not download from the rage plugin site because it came with LSPDFR setup.

well i tried turning off my antivirus and launching rage but still its crashing idk what's the problem with it the base game works fine story mode etc. Thanks for replying.

When i start Gta 5 through epic games and alt tab to start rage plugin hook it loads but after the "enjoy" text and goes to the bottom left it just says Grand Theft Auto V has crashed and loads with the this may be a bug in the game itself etc this is a clean install no MODS just LSPDFR i have the crash report il put it here if it helps.
