  1. Completely un-install NVE. See if you are still having blurry textures.
  2. Couple of things: 1. Update: Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, PoliceSmartRadio,Traffic Policer, and LSPDFR+. 2. Remove: United Callouts and Traffic Control for an improved experience. 3. As per your crash, if you are still having issues after trying the above, rename mods to _mods and retry.
  3. Screenshot the Main Directory.
  4. Make sure you are launching normal GTA prior to launching RPH.
  5. Try launching normal GTA V first. Then once in-game, tab out and launch RPH. What happens? This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  6. Re-install manual LSPDFR as you are using an outdated version. If it crashes again, send a new log.
  7. When installing NVE, did you make sure to install the compatibility patch for LSPDFR?
  8. Rename mods to _mods and try again.
  9. Then there is an issue with your mods folder. You can: 1. Install the gameconfig, heap, and packfile adjusters. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If you still cant find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  10. Send your RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.
  11. Couple of things: 1. Update: Kuchera Callouts and Assorted Callouts. 2. Potentially Unstable Callouts (Remove): FBI Callouts, Regular Callouts, Chill Callouts, Code Red Callouts, Dangerous Callouts, OJ Callouts, Protection Squad, RoadIncident Callouts, WoutersCalloutsV, Emergency Callouts, and Callout Manager.
  12. You aren't trying to convince the game, but more so RPH. It's mainly the dll that you need to update, and less the pdb. Additionally, in certain circumstances, base xml's may have to be updated, like with the addition of the two new cop cars.
  13. Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0 Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  14. Couple of things: 1. Install: RageNativeUI by dragging the xml and dll into the Main Directory. 2. Remove: FBI Callouts for a better experience. 3. There appears to be an issue with Rage.ISpatial regarding the Cyber Security Threat Callout. 4. If it is still crashing after that, rename mods to _mods and try again.
  15. Add ScriptHookV.dll back. Then rename the ELS folder to _ELS and try again.
  16. Glad you got it resolved!
  17. Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for the anti-virus in which you use. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. If you are still encountering that "Slow System or Insufficient Permissions" error, please see the section relating to it in the RPH FAQ.
  18. You are saying the game worked when ScriptHookV was removed? If so, please screenshot the Main Directory.
  19. Rename mods to _mods and see if you have any crashes.
  20. Try using this version of SHV.NET.
  21. Add it back. Remove all SHV.NET files. Try again.
  22. Well there you go. You found the problem.
