I'm making this mod because It seems most small town(s) are overlooked and undermined, truth is, This police department is better trained than the LAPD! I bet you didn't know that, This mod will feature the vehicles that the men and woman of law enforcement trust there lives to every day in my home town, Albuquerque. This is no ordinary town though, they are trained more like a navy seal team than a police force, Albuquerque is one of the biggest 'Gang-Land' town in New Mexico (New Mexico is just flat out ghetto). This package may also include some scripts with it as well, possibly a new map even. All the scripts would do is they would add some new call-outs, Car Wrecks, DWI's, Random speeding vehicles, Homicide, Fire requiring traffic control, Kid napping (If possible). There may also be a script that allows you to set up a DWI check point. (IF YOUR INTERESTED IN HELPING P.M. ME A.S.A.P. Be sure to include what you'd like to help with and what your capable of helping with) Sadly, I'm a one man team at the moment, If any one with a little bit of extra time would like to assist me with the scripting and or skinning that will be much appreciated and if only one person help's they get %50 of the credit, If 2 help it's split in to 3rd's etc... Well, I start with an idea, than I open my script soft ware, than I make a script.. lol, more complicated than that, look up some videos on you tube

I recommend putting a vanilla version of ELS is there, I never, ven mess with my .ini file for ELS, It orks fine for me...

Are you good with the "cmd" box on windows? That message usually means you need to allocate more memory. also, post your CPU specs

Using "ELS" on any thing non-keyboard will fail! You will be unable to turn on your strobe lights... also, most good mods that work well with this game require a key board... also the keys to start up the script/call back-up/ems/all the F# controls will be unused so... no... you can't... and ya, normal damage is shown on modded cars...

Looks like some thing that belongs in emergency 4, not in GTA IV, also, what is the purpose of this? your not going to be chasing bad guys in that thing... lol

Welcome, as you may have guessed this is a VERY, VERY common problem, first thing is first, Do you have the "1.0.7.0 patch for GTA IV"? if not here's a link: http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/484496-grand-theft-auto-iv-patch-7-title-update-v-1-0-7-0-english-1-0-6-1-russian-1-0-5-2-japanese Secondly, if this doesn't work try re-installing the game and make sure to back up ALL files before putting LCPD:FR back in to your scripts folder. Also, do you have any other mods? "First person mod" or every car in the game modded? Hope this can help, if not send me a P.M and I'll try to help some more.

I've got the same issue, what helped me was to remove as many modded vehicles as possible. also try re-installing the game and back up a vanilla version of the game in-case you need to revert to the original files... (You may not have to re-install, just remove all vehicles/scripts and back it up than put every thing back in ;) )
