also when exporting make sure you export the same name that's on the top of the hierarchy in zmod.. if you get what im trying to say.. (if it says police in the hierarchy export it as police) if you don't do it, it will mess your model up

go to your vehicles.img and add "+livery" at the end of the firetrukl line and it will spawn every livery including the Chicago fire livery.. also download OpenIV that will allow you to change all the liveries to the ones you want (theres 4 livery in a model)

although the video is helpful I still cant wrap my Head* around the fact people need this help, I mean how long has ELS v6 been around.. Nothings has really changed about it other than more modes, the VDC's (or whatever they're called) etc. all the settings have always been in the .ini file lol didn't take me all but 3 seconds to find and change everything to way I had it in v6 but that's just me

its Control + M instead of Alt + M, you should read the top of the .ini file I didnt at first once I did everything was clear Key wise the Guide doesn't need to be read but the file placement.. if you've used ELS v6 nothings changed with installation i kinda don't know why this is a topic but that's just my opinion

Beckugan I wasn't calling your models inaccurate just to settle that lol I actually like the models you released and used it for a time the only reason I made this pack was because I felt the Lightbar that gfxle gave me was as accurate as I could get to the real Legends they use if you understand what im trying to say, I also noticed that the lightbar has never been put on a cvpi or any other model for that matter but as I stated before when cj24 was making his points, I have seen boston cvpi's with Liberty's colored and uncolored so I back tracked from what I said to sKaure. Don't reply to that though, all I wanted was some feedback on what I should do or add whats nice whats not im not mad that the thread got derailed lol I look at it as meeting some people around the community this all just started from one giant misunderstanding and I apologise to Tim and everyone else for dragging that along, let me just say one thing atleast my first mod wasn't a Whelen Justice and a XT6 Like most people on here lately. and scratch modeling sounds fun so of course im going to try it.. very soon I here by Close this argument for good... back on topic

Yeah ive seen some Boston CVPI's with the Liberty its quite rare but they are around, most have colored glass though but I wasn't going to gripe over that, and I don't mean they're crappy I might have gotten a bit carried away, the only problem I have with it is how basic and tall the model is even though the shaefft (or however you spell it) model isn't all that great either, and the thing is, theres a difference between Modders and Modelers.. in my point of view Modelers are the ones who make the lightbars and other equipment for their own cars, and they get known for that reason, i.e. BxBugs, EVI, Or you for that matter. But I Plan to make my own lightbars in the future I just really like the Federal Signal Legend that GFXLE gave me lol.
