Hello, First you have to install OpenIV (just google it). Check the GTA V option e.t.c. Then you must install ASIManagaer and OpenIV.asi (this blue window which is saying you must install ASI) Turn on edit mode, go to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday16ng.rpf\. You can see alert that says you are not in mods folder. Press "Copy to mods folder" button. Now open RAR folder with these ped skins and drag files from s_m_y_cop folder to location: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday16ng.rpf\ I hope I helped. (I'm not English so I could made some mistakes)

Ok. I advise you to make a backup (on steam) because if you're installing mods you will probably need to reinstall GTA V a lot of times (experience xD).

Hello What do you mean by "there is no crash report" , it's not showing after crash or you haven't got it in your GTA V folder? If you have crash report in GTA V folder you can send it here, I will see what's the problem. (Sorry for my English)

Launch game by steam, wait a few seconds and start ragepluginhook maybe this can help.

Check your bindings in LSPDFR settings

I had this problem too with xbox controller I restarted game and it started working. If it still does not work you can try installing drivers for this controller. (Sorry for my English)

You can change population density in settings if you think it's caused by too many peds.

I know few: Assorted Callouts by Albo1125, redCallouts by cadmiumRED (Officer needs help and foot pursuit in progress). They are not mainly "Backup Callouts" but they have some. (Sorry for my English)
