The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello,

First you have to install OpenIV (just google it). Check the GTA V option e.t.c.

Then you must install ASIManagaer and OpenIV.asi (this blue window which is saying you must install ASI)

Turn on edit mode, go to \update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday16ng.rpf\.

You can see alert that says you are not in mods folder. Press "Copy to mods folder" button.

Now open RAR  folder with these ped skins and drag files from s_m_y_cop folder to location:

mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday16ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\patchday16ng.rpf\
