yes, go into the ytds, edit the light textures in photoshop or whatever, and replace the red emissives with the blue one on every light texture. Then in the carcols, edit all the red color hex ids and replace them with the blue hex id. I think there is a tutorial on Youtube that shows you the process visually.- 4 comments

I think if you download using the mod manager (convert) button then it will work on GTA5. Don't quote me on that though. If you find a way to make it work on regular gta then you can use it.- 38 comments

Take either the hellcatRB (if you want red and blues) or hellcatBB (all blues) and drag into your resource folder. Then go into server.cfg and do start hellcatRB or start hellcatBB . It's like adding any other model into your server.
