However you are using a lot of old and outdated plugins, which will cause instability and crashes, it's recommended to remove them:

The issue is with XScanner.

2. You are missing all .dlls required for MCCallouts in the main gta folder.
3. You are missing MyOfficerIni, which is probably the .ini and System.Data.SQLite from Attempted Crime Callouts.

If the issue persists, remove it.

Install the latest Newtonsoft.json from Section136Callouts in the main gta folder.
when updatin MCCallouts, make sure to install the NAudio.dlls in the main gta folder, cause they are currently missing.
