im not speaking that language, but I guess you are missing parkstools.dll from betterems which probably belongs in the main directory
The reason for the crash is 
Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\Epic Games\GTAV\plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice\textures\radio'.
install that

Simply update RageNativeUI. Drag and drop the ragenativeui.dll in the main directory and say replace: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

the latest Ragepluginhook comes with the latest LSPDFR download.
Only use the RPH version that comes with that, the RPH version on the official RPH website is outdated!

Open OpenIV, go to the ASI loaders, uninstall them, close OpenIV, Open OpenIV again, go to the ASI loaders, then install them again, close OpenIV, then restart the computer.
Follow those steps.

you can’t just install any callouts and then wonder yourself why it isn’t working. On every plug-in site there is a date when it was last updated and for which lspdfr version it’s compatible. 
It has to be updated in 2021 or 2022 and minimum compatible to lspdfr 0.4.7.

The game tries to give you a flashlight, but crashed.
1. Try to temporarily remove all files out of F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\chars
if not working, then
2. Reinstall the folder F:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr
if not working, then
3. Reinstall LSPDFR

You log is in the main gta folder, called Ragepluginhook.log

This is from a story mission in gta singleplayer. You can fix that by installing a 100% savegame 

just remove all files out of gtav/plugins/lspdfr
replace it with stoptheped and 686callouts for example
ultimatebackup and compulite are good too.

Error while hiding ambient game blips: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory.
 
Disable ambient game blips in the lspdfr.ini, its under GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini
edit the line there and set it from false to true:
Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

requirements: lspdfr needs to be loaded and you need to play as your character off duty.
 
then hit M -> got to settings -> owned apartment -> left/ right to change apartments

The newest build fixes your issue:)

go to: GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini
 
add the line:
 
Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

all your .asi files failed to load. make sure to update scripthookv from this website: https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
try that too!!!:

first set your ragepluginhook loading time to 60000

after that try again, if its not working, post your ragepluginhook.log again

I found a solution for me.
 
Good to know is, that I didn't update my game yet, I was still on the old version 2545.
