otherwise rename your mods folder to _mods
and make sure to have a gameconfig, heapadjuster & packfile limit adjuster installed.

StopThePed.ini has an option to edit the spawn distance for:

- prisoner transport:

 
- coroners:

 
- tow trucks:

 
- insurance:

 
- animal control:

You propably edited your dlclist wrong. Check again.
Otherwise start a new mods folder.

You need to update ScripthookV: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
 
For ELS make sure to have the AdvancedHookV, which can be downloaded seperately

Try to start gta alone, once youre ingame tab out and launch rph

Have you installed:
- ScriptHookV.dll
- dinput8.dll
- a gameconfig

Make sure your ELS path is GTAV/ELS/pack_default

make sure to reinstall the ASI Loader in OpenIV. After that restart your pc.

Update AdvancedHook.dll in the main gta folder, downlodable separately from the ELS download

Computer+ is outdated and no longer maintained.
I recommend to install any other Computer plugin, like External Police Computer or CompuLite.

Update AdvancedHook.dll downloadable seperately from the ELS page.

Please use the manual install for LSPDFR in the future.

Have you renamed the mods folder to _mods?
Are you using Lennys Mod Loader (LML)?
 
And can you play gta on its own?

For support we need the Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder.

Remember to not replace the RageNativeUI that comes with Bejoijos Plugins, because this file is outdated.

The latest RageNativeUI (RNUI) can be found here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
Install and replace it in the main gta folder.

If you see the files LSPD First Response.dll & .pdb in your main gta folder, delete them and try again.

You have a slim.dx error, which can be caused by pretty much.

XScanner caused the crash, try to completely reinstall the plugin and makes sure all dependencies are installed.

The crash is caused by missing Stealth.Common, which comes with Code 3 Callouts.


However you are using a lot of old and outdated plugins, which will cause instability and crashes, it's recommended to remove them:

you are playing on an old version of gta & ragepluginhook, but with the newest lspdfr version, thats incompatible.
