is there a manual download for this? using the auto installer, the game just crashes on start. i poked around the ini and saw a setting at the bottom for an export folder with a caution that the path must be exact. except i didnt see any folder created in the path directed in the ini, so im thinking maybe that could be the issue? i dont know because everything was done automatically- 299 comments

So i figured out my issue. when i download the fire chief suv vehicle addon (not the fbi replace), it didnt come with a carvariation.meta edit. so when the fire chief suv spawned it, it didnt have the settings to activate the siren and lights. using "modding dlc pack v" i used his car variations template to input a edit for the fire chief vehicle i had and WAM! lights and sirens on code 3 response!- 781 comments

ive done all this trying to figure out what the issue is. the problem im having is that the tint setting that fixes the white taillights and light bar is called "stock". ive looked all over for the tint values for the tint settings to change in the vehicle.meta, but the only setting ive been unable to find is "stock". ive gone through the whole list of tints throughout the vehicle.meta for various cars that have different tint values. the closest i could get is a red hue :/ everything else is either pitch black or white. all i need to do is figure out what this stock tint value is
