Main Installation
 
Open vehicles.rpf inside of \mods(if enabled)\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\ using OpenIV. Click “Edit mode” button inside of OpenIV (right of the path box). Drag police.ytd, police+hi.ytd, police.yft, police_hi.yft into OpenIV. Close OpenIV. Copy the POLICE.XML ELS config file into your ELS configs directory. Start GTA V and enjoy!  
Note: Installation directions written for patch v1493. Other patch version installation may differ.

I have finally done a pack on North Myrtle Beach Public Safety. Having been around this department for most of my life means I enjoyed doing this pack a lot. NMB has a odd usage of red/blue lights but with all blues for motorcycles and HEAT. I tried to include as many textures as possible, which include patrol, supervisors, K9, and HEAT. I included every vehicle (that is released) that NMB uses. CVPI's, 2010 Charger, Chevy Express van, Caprice, Harley Electraglide, and  an 2016 FPIU.

What can I say I got tired of seeing the normal U.S. Park Ranger look... So I designed this with the intent of something different from the norm with a bit of different coloration, and a better livery than the plain Jane green and white almost bare textures that we always see!

Information:
Well here you go. I decided to release my first model. After about a week and a half of learning how zmod works, I'm finally happy with how this came out.

It's in red and blue right now, but if you'd like, you can make it blue and blue. You just have to change BOTH Buenolights.

Has working takedowns.

You may create liveries for this but, you MUST link the model to here.
You may NOT re-release this model at all.
You may NOT crack or attempt to crack this model.

Known Bugs:
Partition is clipping the front seats.
When using the front passenger side indicator, both indicators turn on.
Rambar is clipping the front bumper.

So i've made these textures. 
There are 4 textures, 2 yellow and 2 Red & Black. 
 
The two yellow are based in Sandy Shores, and have different numbers for variety.
The two Red & Black are my own design for Los Angeles, and also have different numbers for variety.
 
And i do know that no Ambulance in Los Angeles looks like that. I just made my own Custom design, because i thought it was a cool idea. It's just a lot of Ambulance designs combined.

The pack is based off of Charleston County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina. I tried to be as accurate as possible with also keeping it uniformed and lore friendly. Included are a K9, a Target Zero,  HEAT, and Forensic Service units in addition to standard patrol. Their older graphics packages as well to give Blaine County a old style look as well.

I built this small pack to replace the POLICE to POLICE3 slots in my Single Player game. Because it's a autumn (fall) based game currently, and for some reason a nice all red setup goes well with that, I made these cars. And now they're here for release. If there's enough interest, I will of course consider expanding this pack. These are of course, lore and fictional, so use at you're own leisure. Well, I originally did this pack around 9 months ago but couldn't release it for a few reasons. Luckily I didn't, it allowed me to get a little better and take another look at it and completely redo it. I think the final product is spot on to Florence County. The pack includes their current graphics package with HEAT and Target Zero. It also has their older graphics package for the 2010 Charger and CVPI. However, I did not include their "interim" design as its identical to their current package but just has a black line instead of green or roof numbers which are only on minority of cars. I will gladly add it if requested!

Well, I know this may be a bit of deja vu for all of you but trust me this was pure coincidence that @Sinnisa and I were creating packs based off the same county at the same time. However his has all the fun exciting ones and mine is definitely not as intricate or exciting just your basic patrol vehicles. However its spiced up with some of the older style skins and some supervisor skins to give a bit more. I have only done five skins for each as I had noticed some performance issues with adding in as many as I use to include in my packs. However this can always change with time so enjoy. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle matching the skin you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

For some reason people need to know how to install this. I have a custom game and DO NOT install over the default vehicles.
But here is a way to install...
Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchdayXXng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drop the .ytd and .yft files in there. The ELS VCF for this vehicles goes into "Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default PatchdayXXng stands for the latest patchday folder, which would be Patchday19ng by the time I'm writing this.

I highly suggest using these as ADDONS. I do not replace vanilla cars in my game so I am unsure of how to replace vanilla vehicles!

Bethlehem Police Dodge Charger videos (3) :

Figured I would make a light pack as a second release. These were loosely based on Whelen Avengers and The TAD series Traffic Advisors
 
The lights with suction cups are supposed to be mounted on the windows. The others can be placed in the visor area, etc. Feel free to edit, change to however you like though
 
The textures for the emissives, etc may not be the best. Feel free to change them, re texture. Do whatever you like. The lights are also not scaled, scale them however you like, they aren't made for anyone to critique you on if they are too big, too small, etc do as you wish for scaling
 
All emissives are detached as a single object for you to attach together and make your own patterns. The 4, 6, and 8 module TA's are all textured yellow, if you want make them red and blue, whatever you like
 
Use these for whatever you want, any game, etc. Just credit me for the work is all

Finally its here.First,i want to thank @0taku for that amazing base model.Also @harrison90 for that super sexy Engine 63 skin.Without them this wouldnt be possible.Go check them out 🔥.The model is how its supposted to be.There are some flicker bugs on the lightbar.Im unable to fix this but its nothing huge.Other than that i didnt found any bugs.But if you found some hit me up with a message.More to come!!!
