MANUAL INSTALLATION :
  Make a new folder somewhere on your desktop, name it anything Move Both the Vehicle folder and vehicle.oac file out of this .rar pack into the folder you just created on the desktop Open 'OpenIV' and go to your GTA V Directory. In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( it is advised that you use your mod folder instead of vanilla )  Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files. Import openformats, navigate to the folder you put the Modern Siren Pack 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' in and  select the 'Vehicles.oac' save and you're good to go. 1) Run OpenIV

I've been looking for a good CHP / SAHP Els compatible CVPI but couldn't find one I was happy with... So I edited BxBugs123's ELS CVPI to be more CHP styled. Enjoy!
 
What this file does is 4 things:
Change the rear lights in the middle of the lightbar to Amber. Change the lighting patterns to a more CHP styled pattern. Includes different CHP-ish patterns for each siren (1-3 siren 4 disabled by default) and out-of-vehicle. And includes 2k CHP based SAHP Skins.  
I spent a decent amount of time on this so I hope you enjoy it.

Yeah, the glass doesn't break, and some times there's a window tint, but there is a whole lot to love.

Here is my Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000! This is the same siren used by the LAPD and NYPD among other many other departments throughout the United States. This pack contains a Wail, Yelp, Priority and Horn all of which can be heard in the video below (with an added Hi/Lo for the Siren Mastery version!) Full install instructions are included for both the Siren Mastery and traditional install methods. Unfortunately due to the vehicles.awc limit being 15.7mb I had to remove '0x17E9AF5D' which is a train passing sound. This will only affect you if you are using the traditional method of install. Siren Mastery only method will not mute this sound. I did try to compress the siren as much as I could without compromising quality, but I couldn't push it below the limit. You've probably never heard the sound I muted in-game before and won't notice it's gone and lets face it, it's worth it for this awesome siren, right?!

Hello LSPDFR community!
 
Today I'm presenting a small little plugin I created to make your policing career just a little more realistic.
 
This plugin replicates the "Checkups" performed by dispatchers when officers are in dangerous situations.
Whenever you start a callout or a traffic stop, dispatch will start periodically checking your status. If you feel safe, you can tell dispatch to cancel checkups, and they'll stop bugging you till your next callout.
 
You can also ask dispatch to send you backup, or, if you're in major trouble, you can scream "Send help!". This will send in the cavalry, with an impressive response of officers closing in, complete with custom "responding" audio.
 
If, for some reason, you've become incapacitated, or cannot respond (or maybe you just turned your volume down...), Dispatch will try several times to contact you. When unsuccessful, they'll call in a slightly smaller set of cavalry than the "send help" request.
 
All of these times and responses are configurable, as is your callsign and name.
 
Planned integration with CustomBackup and the upcoming Police SmartRadio modification as well!

This model was inspired by the type of light setup and paint job that Old Saybrook CT uses, but it was not made for replicating a vehicle in the departnent. Just inspired by it.
