Hey everyone,
Another South Carolina pack, this time based off of Spartanburg County. This black and white livery is very simple and also sports roof numbers. The pack also includes their old HEAT Charger unit. 
If you would like to see any vehicles added or request a department please let me know.

This is what I have been working on most recently. I have been without a computer due to my motherboard failing so I have been constrained to my laptop making it difficult to push new stuff out. Anyways I hope you enjoy the model as it is the first in a while that I have posted. Hey everyone! My original pack became more popular than I could've ever imagined. It was one of my first packs I did and there were many issues with it. So, after so new attention it received and some better reference pictures came out, I decided to redo it. This pack has been completely remade. 4k, custom handcrafted badge, better colors, correct state plates, and a correct rear design.

Hi this is my first skin that I have ever made I know its not the best but I would love to see what it looks like in game, and to see that people would actually download something I did, I don't mind feed back as longs as its not harsh , I didn't ask if you were mad at it all I ask is for an honest civilized opinion , tips and thing as such. I live in SC, so most skins I make will probably be South Carolina police cruisers or neighboring states like Georgia or Alabama. I also will explorer my mind and make skins that are simply from my mind , which I have one I might post soon.

I accidentally mixed this skin up with the other El Paso County based skin and well I don;t tease things so I made this a pack on its own as well. However I did also like this skin so making it was still fun and something I wanted to share and bring to you all. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins for the corresponding vehicle then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Remember everyone, I base my skin packs off of base model templates NOT for any one specific vehicle pack. Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.

So many people asked me via Pm,on Discord or in the Comments for a Slicktop unit.So here you go.Its nearly the same basement like the Marked one.Instead of the lightbar there are Window lights. Alprs,Interior/Equipment are still the same.This is planned,so its the same Department.

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

Because the templates don't really change, skins can be applied to basically any pack of your choice so long as the base models used are the same as the ones I have used. I do try to use the most common base models so they should cover the bulk of the vehicle packs available.
