You can press "End" inside your car, it has no effect on it. Wait until the call is over, and then press it a second time, so the car-alarm stops. Just activate "Never wanted, and your stars won't appear. But important is, that you DON'T activate "Cops ignores players" or something like that.

The problem with this is, that it activates also your car-alarm. If you use an Trainer, so activate simply "Never wanted", and there you go.

Hast du auch ein ELS Fahrzeug installiert?, und wenn ja, hast du auch das notwendige ELS File in den Ordner gepackt?

Abgesehen davon, gibt es in den Gamefiles von GTA 5 ein halbes Charaktermodell, von Niko. Kann man mit einem Trainer auswählen.

You have to remove the tint, from the car, in the vehicles.meta. There you go: Btw, it's not an ELS problem, it's just a tint problem.
