You can achieve this by either holding shift while starting RagePluginHook or in the RagePluginHook splash screen click the silver cog. Hello, you will want to remove arrest manager and instead get stop the ped, remove smart police radio as ultimate backup has all the features without the ui and fps loss. Also remove traffic policer and instead get custom pullover which keeps good features it has and increases fps, also remove interaction+ as stop the ped/ulimatebackup has that all built in now. I am getting a network error in lml when my network is completely fine.
