Description:
- ReportsPlus was designed to act as an external MDT that can be used from another device (Windows/Mac OS) to create reports, receive actual game data, and make the LSPDFR experience much more immersive.

- ReportsPlus really shines when used from a separate system you have next to you, as it mimics an actual MDT, however, you can use it from the same system if you don't have access to another laptop you can use.

- ReportsPlus is not just typing reports like the name may suggest, as ReportsPlus has a fully functioning court system, lookup system for peds and vehicles, callout popups, ID popups when asking for them, tons of customization, and report types, full language translation, and SO MUCH more than I can list here.
 
- This is not a window that opens in-game such as something like CompuLite, it is an external application that connects to your game to be able to receive actual game data. 
 
Key Features:
Court System- When creating a Citation or Arrest report, a court case will be created. These court cases will reveal their outcomes over a customizable amount of time, with charge/citation outcomes being taken from your Charges.xml and Citations.xml (Compatible with Compulite Charges/Citations) Ped/Veh Lookup- Peds and Vehicles can be looked up in their respective lookup apps. You can see tons of data for each such as license information, previous charges/citations, times stopped, vehicle registration/insurance information, and much more. Callout Popups- If you have Callout Interface installed, when receiving a callout in-game they will pop up on the Application where you can see their data. They then get put in the Callouts app to be viewed or closed with a Callout report created. ID Popups- If you have STP, when asking a ped for their ID or patting them down, you will have an ID popup in the Application with the suspect's ID and their information. Advanced Notes- Notes can be written in the Notes app, and data can be pulled directly from the notes into report windows when using tags Log Browser- View and edit previously created reports, arrests, and citations. Tons of Customization- You can customize almost everything in the Application. All of the colors can be changed as well as the desktop background color or setting it as an image of your choice. RP supports localization via the locale file to translate almost every piece of text in the entire Application. All dropdown options, Charges/Citations, Agencies/Divisions/Ranks, notifications, and so much more. {NEW} Custom Reports- Create custom reports with completely customizable custom dropdowns which can be shared. General
Kuchera Callouts is designed to be a highly replayable LSPDFR callout pack, allowing players to build upon the provided scenarios and use other modifications to further enhance scenes, investigations, and day-to-day police work. This callout pack offers a range of high-intensity calls that will have players seeking cover, as well as regular day-to-day calls that a typical police officer might encounter. Some callouts might seem high-intensity upon response, only for players to later discover that the suspects have already fled the scene. Customization options are available, letting players edit the included .ini file to modify police vehicle models, peds, and callout activation.
 
Two Versions
Base - No other mods or callouts required, perfect for a more vanilla experience. Callout Interface [new] - You will need to download and install callout interface  first, in order for this callout pack to work.

Key Features
Replay Factor - This callout pack has a vast number of coordinates and potential outcomes to ensure replayability. Every situation can end differently; even when you believe a situation is resolved, the suspect might surprise you. Enhanced Interactions [new] - Instead of having players repeatedly press the 'Y' button to progress through a memorized chat dialog, I've incorporated a range of randomized one-liners that suspects might say upon your arrival. These give hints on how to navigate each situation. While your imagination will guide your investigations, I recommend using this callout pack alongside other LSPDFR mods like Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup. Although they're not mandatory, they enhance the experience. Note: This pack doesn't spoon-feed you with dialogues on how to manage situations - that's up to you. For instance, if you see someone walking away from an accident scene, it's intentional. Suspect and Vehicle Items - Specific callouts may have items added to the suspect or vehicle inventory to guide your police action (e.g., burglary tools for silent alarms, drug paraphernalia for drug related calls, fake police badges for police impersonation calls). Always be alert; some suspects might carry weapons, like knives or broken bottles Realistic Calls - I have included a number of more "realistic" day to day calls that a police officer may respond to. Note, these calls can still lead to some hectic situations. Location Based Calls - You will only receive calls that are designated for your style of patrol. (patrolling the county will get you county calls, patrolling the city will get you city calls, etc). In addition, a number of the callouts will take you down into parking garages, alleyways, and nooks that you never knew existed in GTA. Search Areas - Some callouts will utilize a search area instead of a blip to have you do some real police work and investigate an area for the reported crime. False Alarms - There is a small chance that the call you are headed to is an ambush or false alarm or anything in-between.  Customization - This callout pack also comes with a .ini that you can edit to add your own city and county specific peds and vehicles along with the ability to disable callouts if you do not want them to dispatch. Scene Observations [updated] - Certain callouts include a scene observation notification that can assist you in building a case against a suspect and establishing probable cause.

Vehicle On Train Tracks- [30 Possible Locations] - Respond to the scene and remove the vehicle from the train tracks before a train arrives. Animal In Roadway - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and use your siren and lights to remove the animal from the road. Disabled Vehicle - [Infinite Locations] - Reports of a disabled vehicle in the road, assist in clearing it and reopening the roadway. Disorderly Conduct - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and investigate. Possible fighting, drunk behavior, persons carrying weapons, ambush, or nothing at all. High Speed Chase - [Infinite Locations] - Assist officers in high speed chase of suspects fleeing in vehicle. Object In Road - [Infinite Locations] - Reports of object in the road causing a hazard, respond and remove the object from the road. Person With Gun / Knife - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and resolve the issue. Police Impersonator  - [Infinite Locations] - Respond to the scene and search for the police impersonator, conduct a traffic stop and investigate the allegations. Mutual Aid Pursuit  - [Infinite Locations] - A neighboring agency is requesting assistance with a pursuit entering your jurisdiction. (If you are city patrol, county units will be requesting assistance. Recommended Mods
Stop The Ped - Aids in handling calls involving animals or peds that require taxi's.  Scene Manager - Aids in general scene management and immersion.

LSPDFR Expanded aims to offer a great addition to your every day patrol by adding lots of realism and roleplaying features both for your on-duty and off-duty activities. You'll start as a Rookie who barely makes enough money to keep his fridge filled. With every day on duty you will slowly gain experience and rise up the ranks of the LSPD.
 
After your shift is done, grab your vehicle you bought at the store to the nearest supermarket and grab some food before you starve. Maybe get a new tattoo or haircut along the way? With LSPDFR Expanded you can do it all. Your created character really becomes YOUR character

After loading ingame, open the Rage Console (standard F4) and type "ForceDuty" to fully load the plugin.
 
To go on duty, enter any police department via the Red Circle. This will take you inside the custom PD. There, you can stamp in to start working.
To go off duty, just stamp out at the same location. DO NOT press the vanilla "Go off duty" button, as this will unload the plugin.
 

What BHR Does
Improves euphoria reactions to all types of trauma.
Makes peds drop their equipped weapon when shot in the right arm/tazed (Configurable in the ini)
Gets rid of the excessive shaking when peds are tazed, they now more realistically stiffen and fall.
Adds player ragdolling when shot, ~20% chance if enabled, won't happen if you have armor.

Bored with the vanilla GTA 5 free roam mode? Wish there was more interaction and things to do? Hate how the cops will only ever kill and never arrest? Confused why civilians don't care that you are carrying a rocket launcher? Los Santos RED hopes to enhance the default criminal free roam experience by: adding an entirely new script based dispatching system, enhancing police/gang/civilian AI, adding stores and locations to visit, allowing you to perform actions and consume items you buy, giving you the ability to swap to any ped on the street and become that persona, adding new crimes that civilians and cops can report/arrest you for, enhancing the carjacking and lockpicking activities, adding and expanding civilian hold ups and interactions, completely rewriting the scanner system to be more immersive, and much more. The mod also aims to be extremely customizable by exposing tons of settings for the player to get the experience they want. Additional configuration settings are also available in the user editable xml files for even more customization.

## Installation
- Place all RAGE Plugin Hook files in the root GTA V directory
    - RAGE Plugin Hook Version 1.105 or later required, see RPH Discord #necessities to get it since the main site is outdated.
- Place all RAGENativeUI files in the root GTA V directory
    - RageNativeUI Version 1.9.2 or later required, be sure to update if you haven't
- Download the latest release and drag into the root GTA V directory (NAudio is included in the package with LSR)
- Requires a custom Gameconfig, Packfile Limit Adjuster, and Heap Adjuster!
    - Download and install based on the instructions provided. Links: Gameconfig Packfile Limit Adjuster Heap Adjuster
- Verify RAGE Plugin Hook is installed to the root GTA V directory
- Verify NAudio.dll and NAudio.xml along with RageNativeUI.dll and RageNativeUI.xml are in the root GTA V directory
- Verify the Los Santos RED.dll, Los Santos RED.pdb, and LosSantosRED folder  are in the plugins folder (in the root GTA V directory)
 
- To update the mod, remove the Los Santos RED.dll, Los Santos RED.pdb, and LosSantosRED folder from your Plugins folder and replace with the newest version

    - Carjacking can be done with any weapon now
    - Ability to quickly execute the target when doing an armed carjacking
  - Car Lock-Picking Enhancements
    - Most cars are now locked and require picking to enter along with hotwiring to start
    - Traditional smash-and-grab is still available however cops are now on the lookout for suspicious vehicles (broken windows, smashed headlights, etc.)
  - Ped Swapping
    - Become any ped you come across on the street
        - Auto generated name, criminal record, vehicle, and weapon
        - Spend money! Buy a soda! Go to Ammunation! The game will treat the ped as a main character and allow you to use money as expected
    - Become a completely customized ped
        - Customize Ped wizard allows you to create a ped from scratch 
        - Choose model, components, props, head data, name, money and more
        - Save and load your custom ped at will 
  - Sprinting
    - Can sprint for a short period of time to give you a slight speed boost over regular running
    - When running press Z to start sprinting
    - The red bar under your health shows your current sprint stamina
  - Intoxication
    - Certain purchased items that you ingest will cause intoxication
    - Effects are different from different substances
    - The blue bar under your armor will show current intoxication level
    - Cops and civilians are aware and will react if you are too intoxicated
  - Cell phone
    - Interact with gang members and others through the added contacts and text messages on your phone
    - Items also available on the Player Information Menu
  - Owned Vehicles
    - Purchased vehicles and vehicles you designate as "owned" will not be removed from the game world
    - They will always be unlocked for you and will have a custom blip on the map

## Issues
- Running without a custom gameconfig can lead to issues with vehicle and ped spawning.
- You will need to rebuy components if you remove them at the underground gunshops, gang dens, or drug dealers.
- Vanilla taxi service is not available with LSR active (Downtown Cab Co on the vanilla cell will show Busy forever) use the burner cell to call the LSR taxi service.
- Loading bodies in the trunk can fail or not attach properly.

2. Go to GMCallouts > Grand Thief Auto V and copy all things
3. Paste them to your Grand Thief Auto V root folder.

If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.
